How to export an interactive graph from plot to Overleaf without converting it into a static one in R

I am currently involved using an interactive world map of this kind https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RrtqBYLf404

I have two possible questions that may solve my problem:

1. Do you know how to include the interactive "minwage_graph" into Overleaf/LaTeX? The natural option I have found is to export it as a static graph that clearly does not make the trick.

2. Is there a way to convert Plotly to a gif document or something similar that could be included into Overleaf?

The only way I have found to export the interactive map is to convert it into an .html document that is only visible from my personal laptop.

Any clue?
